We support Local

Local produce, Local Art

We source our produce from within an 80 mile radius

Urban Deli adds value to the local economy by buying local seasonal products wherever we can.

Not only does this keep the supply chains short, but it allows us to develop ongoing relationships with our suppliers and encourages and supports both small businesses and the local community.

All our poultry and meat is British and traceable right back to the farm that supplies it.

We encourage all our customers to promote the local economy and at the same time we are putting the local area on the map of gastronomic delights available right on our customers doorstep.

Sourced from within an 80 Mile radius

We utilise our long standing butcher John Crawshaw with the supply of all our meats due to their excellent quality and sourcing policy as outlined below.

Seven Hills Meat is locally sourced Beef and Lamb, always born, fed and slaughtered within 30 Miles of our HQ at Stocksbridge. This ensures we know the meat has the best possible life (and thus good tasting) as well as ensuring low food miles.

JC Meats are sourced locally where possibly, although sometimes have to come from further a field, although always purchased for its freshness and quality.

We are proud to say that our Beef and Lamb is from N Bramall & Sons (Penistone), the majority of our Pork products come from Moss Valley Fine Meats (Norton) and Chicken from Sheffield Poultry.

If you tipple is great coffee we have that covered with our own blend and roasted coffee from Sheffield’s finest roasters Pollards.

Pollards have been wholesale coffee roasters and wholesale coffee suppliers to cafes, restaurants, bars and coffee shops throughout the UK for over 130 years.
